Vous devrez stimuler les ventes en atteignant les objectifs de revenus, en contribuant à fidéliser la clientèle de la marque et en collaborant avec votre équipe pour assurer un parcours client harmonieux.

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Offrir un parcours de service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure reflétant la chaleur canadienne.
  • Offrir aux clients des recommandations de produits qui répondent à leurs besoins grâce à des connaissances approfondies sur les produits.
  • Adopter des comportements de vente qui stimulent la conversion et les unités par transaction (UPT) en introduisant activement des catégories nouvelles, sous-performantes ou stratégiques.
  • Créer et favoriser des relations pertinentes et durables avec les clients et favoriser la fidélité des clients en les sensibilisant aux prochains lancements de produits et événements liés à la marque.
  • Susciter l’intérêt des clients assignés et les inspirer en favorisant les rendez-vous de magasinage individuels.
  • Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente personnels et autres objectifs de rendement clés qui stimulent les résultats du magasin.
  • Contribuer à un environnement positif et productif en magasin grâce au travail d’équipe et à la collaboration.
  • Faire preuve de curiosité et de passion pour l’apprentissage et le perfectionnement en participant à toutes les initiatives et stratégies éducatives.
  • Solliciter activement de la rétroaction pour améliorer le rendement et favoriser la croissance personnelle et professionnelle.
  • Démontrer constamment les valeurs et les comportements de l’entreprise dans toutes les interactions.
  • Soutenir l’exécution de toutes les normes d’exploitation.
  • Utiliser de façon précise et efficace les systèmes de caisse et les outils du magasin conformément aux normes de Canada Goose.
  • Contribuer à l’entretien général et à la propreté du magasin.

Parlons de vous :

  • Au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans le commerce de détail, de préférence dans un environnement axé sur la clientèle.
  • Expérience éprouvée en vente.
  • Expérience à travailler avec des marques axées sur un style de vie de luxe dans un magasin à achalandage élevé.
  • Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes et souplesse à travailler selon les heures de vente au détail, incluant les soirées, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps; et à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière efficace dans un environnement dynamique axé sur l’équipe.
  • Capacité à s’adapter aux éléments qui peuvent avoir une incidence sur l’expérience globale du client.
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication et les relations interpersonnelles.
  • Faire preuve de motivation, être capable de travailler de façon autonome et savoir quand demander conseil.
  • Compétences de base avec Microsoft Office, particulièrement Word et Excel.
  • Maîtrise d’une autre langue, un atout.

The Brand Ambassador - Experience is responsible for creating and delivering highly engaging customer journeys, helping cement Canada Goose as a luxury performance lifestyle brand.

You embody Canadian Warmth, demonstrating expertise in every recommendation and conveying warmth in each interaction, bringing the guest journey to life.

You consistently develop authentic relationships, always demonstrating a passion for the customer. You drive sales by achieving revenue targets, building brand loyalty, and collaborating with your team to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Ultimately, you model compelling selling behaviours, execute with operational excellence, and are a steward of Canada Goose’s values and culture.

What You’ll Do :

  • Deliver a superior customer service journey reflective of Canadian Warmth.
  • Provide customers with product recommendations that meet their needs though expert product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate selling behaviours that drive Conversion and Units per Transaction (UPT) by actively introducing new, underperforming, and strategic categories.
  • Create meaningful and lasting client relationships and foster customer loyalty through consistent outreach around upcoming product launches and brand events.
  • Engage and inspire assigned clients by facilitating personal shopping appointments.
  • Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and other key performance targets that drive store results.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through teamwork and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and passion for learning and development by participating in all educational initiatives and strategies.
  • Actively seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth.
  • Consistently demonstrate company values and behaviours in all interactions.
  • Support with the execution of all operating standards.
  • Accurately and efficiently utilize register systems and store tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards.
  • Support in the upkeep of overall physical store maintenance and cleanliness.

Let’s Talk About You :

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer focused environment.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience.
  • Previous experience working with luxury lifestyle brands in high-volume traffic locations.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment.
  • Adaptable to the elements that may impact the overall customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and knows when to seek guidance.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically, Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in another language is an asset
