Lifemark is looking for a Service Coordinator. This position is a virtual one, so you can live in and work from : Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI or Newfoundland and Labrador! Be the link between clients and referral sources, acting as an information resource for key customers. As a member of the Intake Contact Centre, this role is an integral position which assures Lifemark can provide early treatment intervention and access for patients who require quality treatment services. The position requires someone with the ability to interact with staff, patients and customers in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a high level of professionalism and the ability to exercise sound judgment in dealing with confidential client information.
The Service Coordinator position is for someone who has the capacity to work well under tight timelines while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient and knows when to exercise timely initiative to problem solve as needed. The successful candidate will know how to adhere to standard administrative processes to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of patient information for tracking and service delivery. A person interested in this position should possess expert level written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong decision-making ability and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be exceptionally well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting a variety of key customers.
