These operations consist of the broadcasting / webcasting, video production, monitoring, distribution, and the technical AV support of Parliamentary proceedings, special events and other meetings for Digital Media and Connected Systems (DMCS) clients (the House of Commons, the Senate and other clients through established service level agreements). The Deputy Director, DMO is accountable for overseeing the work of the AV Scheduling and Logistics team, the Video Production Centre, Broadcast Operations, Event Provisioning (AV support), Videoconferencing, and the Monitoring team (Master Control).As the Deputy Director, Digital Media Operations, you will oversee the daily execution of digital media services, by managing multidisciplinary teams and maintaining client relationships. Your role will involve strategic planning, resource management, and risk assessment to ensure high-quality service delivery.
