We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Learning Platform Administrator to join our Learning & Development team in Business Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing learning paths, user groups, reporting, and the upload of learning content to the Axonify platform and others.

What you'll be doing :

  • Manage and maintain the learning platform (Axonify), including the creation and management of learning paths and user groups.
  • Upload and organize learning content, ensuring it is accessible and up-to-date.
  • Generate and analyze reports to track learning progress and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs and provide appropriate content.
  • Provide technical support and training to users of the Axonify platform and others.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of the Axonify platform and others.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of organizational learning needs, relevant assets, and learner experience expectations.
  • Conduct analysis to identify specific learning needs and gaps, and develop customized content structures.
  • Develop detailed content maps that align with organizational goals and upskilling needs.
  • Manage an iterative content review process to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
  • Enable Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and validate content effectively.
  • Optimize the Axonify platform and others to support day-to-day performance and drive end-user engagement.
  • Conduct learning workshops, such as question writing sessions, to enhance content development skills.
  • Manage various types of learning content, including reinforcement questions, knowledge check questions, video modules, interactive eLearning modules, PDFs, and Discover articles.
  • Manage translation and customization requests for content.
  • Upload and manage content in the Axonify platform and others, including topics with questions, Discover articles, and communications.

What you will bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing learning platforms, preferably Axonify.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and other related software.
  • Experience with content creation and instructional design.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices.
