The Role

Join the Tundra team as our Leadership Coach and become a catalyst for change! In this exciting role, you'll help elevate leadership effectiveness among our associates. With 80% of your time dedicated to one-on-one coaching sessions and 20% to group coaching sessions and program development and enhancement.

Who You Are

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $70,000 - $120,000.
