Director Human Resources Operations

Our client is an established and growing law firm centrally located in Surrey and known as passionate and trusted experts to the community. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Director of Human Resources and Operations to lead the human resources team and oversee firm operations.Responsibilities : As a key member of the team, the Director of Human Resources and Operations works closely with the Partners to achieve business goals, and oversees all aspects of the firm's administrative functions including : Managing the HR department, HR budget, employee reviews, creating policies, onboarding new staff and managing the benefit programConsulting on Associate salaries, performance tracking and developing firm training initiativesManaging student recruitment cycles, coordinating LSBC paperwork and assigning mentors to studentsManaging office services in conjunction with the department lead and leading office services special projectsOverseeing marketing campaigns, the marketing budget and proposalsQualifications : 5+ years of law firm experience, in a leadership roleRelevant post-secondary education (e.G.
