- Applying technical expertise to develop Cask ServiceNow strategies and solutions
- Leading the delivery and adoption of enterprise solutions
- Making informed recommendations on architectural integration designs within the platform and with other systems through integrations
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and advising them on technical approaches to complex business processes
- Leading technical workshops and guiding the development team
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and fostering continuous innovation
- Actively reducing technical debt and driving platform standards
- Contributing to future-focused projects and programs
- Assisting the pre-sales team in scoping service engagements involving ServiceNow products and complex integrations with client applications / systems
