We’re looking for a Bilingual (French / English) Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Supply Chain Business Solutions team. This is a hybrid role based in Montreal, Quebec, offering the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating in-office. If you have 5+ years of experience in IT, a strong background in Supply Chain, and expertise in AS / 400 and RPG, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do As a core member of our team, you’ll play a key role in aligning IT development initiatives with business goals, improving processes, and delivering innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include :
Strategic Analysis : Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, systems, and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Project Leadership : Lead the design, development, and implementation of new applications, enhancements, and system fixes.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders to propose creative solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
Documentation : Create detailed functional specifications, business rules, test plans, and other documentation to guide development teams.
Testing & Validation : Develop test cases, participate in testing, and document results to ensure system quality and functionality.
Continuous Improvement : Identify and mitigate risks, recommend process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need :
Experience : 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on Supply Chain and AS / 400 architecture (RPG, C#).
Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of development methodologies (Agile, RUP, UML) and software design principles.
Communication : Excellent written and oral skills in both French and English.
