The bigger picture
We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about learning and development to come on board as a Sales Learning Specialist . You will play a key role in ensuring member-facing teams across the organization develop both the skills and abilities required to deliver on the Conexus purpose. This role is based at our Head Office in Regina, however remote options, from within the Conexus marketplace, will be considered.
How you’ll be spending your time
Sales Skills Learning and Development Delivery
- Liaising with sales training service provider to provide relevant sales training to all wealth / retail / business banking roles
- Designing, developing, facilitating, and maintaining sales-based reinforcement learning sessions for all wealth and retail roles to develop and maintain sales proficiency
- Partnering with relevant stakeholders to assess and customize all sales skills training to align to desired brand, member experience, and culture
Sales Campaign Learning Support
Partnering with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, sales leadership, data and analytics) to assess required sales learning support, customized for each campaignDesigning, developing, and facilitating required sales learning to achieve sales campaign targetsSales Management Practices Support
Collaborating with sales leadership to design and implement sales management practices to achieve business results e.g. weekly sales meetings, observational coaching, analyzing sales performanceProject Support

Five years’ experience in financial services including minimum 3 years coaching and / or developing sales skills in teams with proven sales resultsIn-depth knowledge in sales and sales and management practicesRelevant post-secondary educationSalary Range :
83,840 - $111,780 with 13% Short Term Incentive Target
