Based in our Jakarta Office, we are looking to engage an experienced and results-oriented :

SENIOR PORTFOLIO SOLUTIONS MANAGER

This role involves in establishing and leading portfolio strategies to achieve strategic business objectives, being innovative in creating new products, and managing the development of new products to expand Nufarm business activities in Indonesia. Conducting regular reviews of the New Products strategy, collaborating with the Global and Regional Portfolio group, leading regional projects (where applicable), and liaising with potential suppliers are also expected. It also includes directing new products, preparing product positioning, budgeting, market research, developing new technology opportunities, and ensuring business alignment. Maintaining regular contact with major customers, industry bodies, government departments, managing and maintaining a market data base are also required in this role.

Qualifications Required :

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture / Chemistry / Chemical Engineering - extended education (Master’s Degree) is an added value
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience related to product development / portfolio solutions in agrochemical / chemical industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Excellent team player, comfortable in matrix environment
