We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Analyst to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial and operational data, preparing strategic reports, and collaborating with various departments to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses and projections.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management.
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities within operations.
  • Collaborate with local and international teams to streamline processes.
  • Participate in budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Assist with external audits.

Qualifications

  • Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. CPA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis (or related), preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and BI (Business Intelligence) tools (a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Big 4 profile a plus
