We are currently seeking a skilled SAP Technical Support Analyst to join our team to assist ARC with our SAP S / 4HANA implementation.

This is a permanent, full-time position. Initially, your responsibilities will be to support our implementation, however, after this is complete, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of our SAP systems.

You will also have the opportunity to diversify your role beyond the SAP environment and expand your contributions to the Information Technology team.

If you bring experience in the oil and gas industry, your expertise will be highly valued in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations, aligning access controls with both business needs and security protocols
  • Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams and end-users for the S / 4HANA system, applications, and related infrastructure
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure proper deployment, configuration, and maintenance of S / 4HANA components, adhering to best practices, security standards, and project requirements
  • Monitor the performance and availability of the S / 4HANA system, proactively identifying and addressing any performance bottlenecks or system failures
  • Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to validate the functionality and performance of the S / 4HANA system
  • Collaborate closely with our IT team to implement and enforce ITGC (IT General Controls) compliance and controls within SAP systems, monitor segregation of duties (SOD), conducting periodic reviews and audits to ensure compliance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support activities, security policies, procedures, and configurations for future reference and audit purposes

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an SAP Technical Support Analyst, with a strong grasp of SAP security administration
  • Mature understanding of SAP S / 4HANA system architecture and components
  • Knowledge of SAP Basis administration, including configuration and maintenance
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in an SAP environment
  • Solid understanding of SAP security concepts, including role design, authorization objects, and segregation of duties
  • Proficiency with SAP IAG (Identity Access Governance) or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions is a plus
  • Familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGC) and broader IT security principles
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate harmoniously with cross-functional teams
  • Professional certification such as SAP Certified Application Associate (Access Controls), Technology Associate (System Security and Authorizations) or equivalent is advantageous
