We are passionate about exceeding our clients’ expectations and helping them succeed.Global Onboarding Data Architects Responsibilities : The Global Onboarding Data Architects will be part of the Global Onboarding, Core Platform Transformation group within the MSAW organization. This position is responsible for the successful onboarding of several concurrent projects, including the onboarding of Stock Plan Administration and Employee Broker Services for corporate clients.Key Responsibilities : Completes a variety of onboarding projects in a timely and high-quality fashion.Accurately configures MSAW equity administration software based on defined requirements.Maintains and utilizes project workflow and checklists to manage deliverables.Prepares client data for onboarding.Coordinates with Onshore and Offshore stakeholders on project details.Manages and mentors an offshore team.Serves as a trusted subject matter expert.Stays current with new products and enhancements.Builds strong relationships with software developers and technical experts.Works closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.Performs configuration reviews and updates status when appropriate.Analyzes existing processes for improvement opportunities.Ensures quality control of solutions.Ensures that onboarding-related documentation is complete and current.Qualifications : BS / BA Degree or diploma in Data Management, Business, Finance, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.Minimum of three years’ experience managing software / onboarding projects.Experience in supporting and managing an onsite, offshore model.Knowledge of Shareworks, Equity Edge Online preferred.Experience with data migration and manipulation of large amounts of data.Basic understanding of equity and employee benefit plans preferred.Strong technical background and understanding of system concepts.Exposure to agile methodologies.Excellent planning and organizing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated for continuous learning.Proven success in collaborative environments.Strong communication skills.Advanced Excel skills desired.Morgan Stanley is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversifying its workforce (M / F / Disability / Vet).For New York location : Expected base pay rate for the role will be between $57,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
