The Opportunity :
The Produce Design team is looking for a Product Designer who will work closely with a global team of product managers, product & brand designers, engineers, and data scientists to craft experiences that will significantly impact diners and restaurants worldwide!
This design partner will be embedded in our Consumer team and help diners better discover the world through dining while making our product exciting and inspiring for new and returning customers.
The Product Designer will create, evolve and develop new experiences for diners while balancing the needs of our users, restaurants, and the business.
This individual will collaborate with other designers whilst navigating the full range of a product designer’s work from research to high-fidelity designs.
On some days you’ll be sketching ideas and launching experiments as A / B tests, and on others, you’ll be conducting research or running a team workshop.

In this role, you will :
- Lead initiatives that give restaurateurs new and meaningful ways to interact with guests
- Build tools to help our restaurant customers engage guests with tailored communications
- Design product concepts that balance customer needs and business goals
- Become an expert in restaurant operator workflows by facilitating research with restaurant owners and staff
- Partner with a thoughtful collaborative design team and cross-functional groups to deliver experiences that help restaurants provide incredible hospitality for their guests

Canada Base Pay Transparency : 110,000 - 145,000 CAD
