We are looking for a
Sorting Machine AI Development and Optimization Engineer
specializing in
artificial intelligence and industrial automation . You will be responsible for finalizing the development of the code for our AI-powered optical sorter, continuously improving the system, and monitoring its performance in a demanding industrial environment.
Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and finalize the code for the AI-integrated optical sorter in collaboration with the development teams.
Implement performance monitoring tools (capture rate, training rate, sorting efficiency).
Ensure the monitoring of sorting operations throughout the plant and propose continuous improvements.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize the use of the system.
Analyze and improve the surrounding electronics to enhance the sorter’s performance and reliability.
Participate in the product's evolution with a view to its commercialization.
Design and integrate mechanical and electronic improvements in a
SolidWorks 3D
environment.
Work in a
noisy industrial environment
and adapt to on-site constraints.
Required Profile
Degree in
software engineering, automation, robotics, industrial vision, computer science, physics , or a related field.
Experience in
embedded programming and artificial intelligence applied to industrial vision .
Skills in
electronics and industrial automation .
Proficiency in
SolidWorks 3D
and understanding of
mechanical constraints .
Experience in
industrial process analysis and improvement .
Ability to work in a
demanding and noisy environment .
Strong
innovation and problem-solving
mindset.
Ability to work
autonomously and collaboratively .
