Duration : 12+ Months Contract with possible extension

Job Description : Responsibilities :

Shift work mandatory- Days / Afternoons / Midnights
Installing windows 10 / 11 and troubleshooting, hardware break / fix
Providing onsite support to Systems

Experience :

Desktop support technician (Win10 / 11, software install and troubleshooting, hardware break / fix).

May have to work shifts

Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.

Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are a plus

Skills :

Desktop Support, Software installation, Win 10 / 11, break / fix

Education :

High School or Equivalent experience
