Managed Services : Operations Tier 1

The Managed Services team at WBM is currently supporting many of Western Canada’s leading companies and our team growing. In this role you would be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations for this growing number of customers. This means that clients will call, email, or live chat with to resolve any number of issues that they are having. You would be responsible for answering that call, helping the user with anything required to get them back up and working productively.
