Job description

Fox Vanounou is a busy and dynamic firm with legal expertise in the personal injury field.

We are currently seeking an experienced tort clerk in PERSONL INJURY to join our team.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) :

  • MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE PERSONAL INJURY LAW
  • File management from intake to trial
  • Preparing correspondence, requesting medical, employment and other records
  • Preparing motion records, settlement and medical briefs
  • Scheduling examinations for discovery, medical legal, mediations, hearings and court appointments
  • Preparing Affidavit of Documents; document production and undertakings follow up
  • Trial and hearing preparation
  • Maintaining and updating calendars

Requirements :

  • Law Clerk diploma from a recognized college
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
