Job Description :
As the Director of Engineering
- Define and execute the company’s engineering roadmap in alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with product management to shape product vision and translate requirements into actionable engineering tasks
- Build, mentor, and manage a growing engineering team, focusing on high-performance culture and employee development
