• Collect cash, credit / debit cards or other payment for beverages
• Enforce provincial / territorial liquor legislation and regulations
• Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
