Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves a variety of office-based responsibilities aimed at supporting the sales process and driving company growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Utilize multiple channels, including telephone outreach, email correspondence, and website interactions, to generate new leads.
  • Database Management : Leverage internal databases to identify potential customers and track lead progress.
  • Reporting : Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to the management team.
  • Sales Inquiries : Serve as the primary point of contact for inside sales inquiries and follow up on quotation requests.
  • Scheduling & Coordination : Coordinate and schedule appointments for our Account Executives.
  • CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions within our CRM system.
  • Client Communication : Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Customer Relationship Building : Regularly communicate with existing clients to explore additional business opportunities.
  • Additional Tasks : Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications :

  • A highly motivated individual who thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
