Position : Construction Project Manager

Permanent – Full-Time

Your Role :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the charge on managing a $30 million commercial / institutional project based in Vanderhoof, BC, while working out of our Vancouver office. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while collaborating with stakeholders and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets, to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate resources, stakeholders, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing risks proactively to maintain timelines and quality.
  • Manage construction accounting, budgeting, and documentation for large-scale projects.
  • Travel to the project site every 4-6 weeks to oversee and align with field operations (all travel expenses covered).
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and excellence across all project activities.

What You Bring :

  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects over $30 million in scope.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and quality control.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, and other project management tools.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
