Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for excellence in senior care? Our client located in the beautiful Okanagan, BC is seeking a dynamic Director of Care, RN to oversee operations, deliver exceptional resident care, and foster strong community connections.
Responsibilities
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding care and compliance with provincial standards.
- Build community partnerships and promote positive relationships to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Oversee budgets, optimize resources, and identify growth opportunities.
- Champion quality improvement, staff development, and resident-centered care.
- Drive initiatives in education, marketing, and continuous improvement to elevate the facility.
