Hensall Co-op is seeking a reliable individual to become an integral member of our team! This position is full-time and will work out of the Hensall location. The responsibilities of this position will vary depending on the season.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Safely operate and maintain fertilizer application equipment, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform minor repairs to prevent breakdowns.
- General maintenance of custom application equipment - including spreaders, gators, fertilizer tenders, and water wagons.
- Maintaining records of application, field conditions, daily trip, and safety inspection sheets.
- Provide superior customer service on farms and within HC locations.
- Operation of forklifts, loaders and other equipment.
- Assist with elevator operations during harvest period.
- Understand and follow all HC Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
