Be able to follow recipes closely, maintain cleanliness, and have attention to detail. Have a passion for cooking and creating new menu items as well as improving current menu items. Be able to run a team or be part of a team with very little supervision from owner. Would like you to be able to start right away. Hiring full time and / or part time positions.
As a Line Cook / Prep Cook, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, responsible for food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. This role requires no prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start their culinary journey. You will report to the Head Chef and assist with various kitchen tasks, including meal preparation, and dishwashing. Your core skills in food handling and restaurant experience will contribute to delivering quality dishes and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation in our fast-paced environment.
