Job description

Responsibilities

Review documentation and perform edits to improve formatting, document flow, technical content, and graphics / diagrams
Edit developer documentation including tutorials and reference information
Ensure high-quality content with many authors contributing by using processes to ensure publishing workflows work well
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills required
Proven results-oriented problem-solving abilities required

Qualifications

5+yrs of experience in an IT environment as a Technical Write

Well versed in DITA authoring and publishing XML tools, Networking technologies and Agile methodology

Must have exposure to Installation Guides,Upgrade Guide

Must possess strong technical aptitude to grasp complex technologies, specifically in the IT networking and software development domain

Excellent written and spoken communication skills
