Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead engineering projects, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, efficiency, and timeliness. You will play a key role in managing resources, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Management : Develop detailed project plans, define scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Budget and Resource Allocation : Oversee project budgets, manage resources, and work closely with procurement and suppliers to ensure materials and equipment meet specifications.
• Team Collaboration : Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to achieve project goals.
• Technical Oversight : Provide guidance on mechanical design, analysis, and problem-solving; review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays, cost overruns, and quality issues.
• Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and any necessary adjustments.
