JOB DESCRIPTION :
Specific responsibilities include :
- Install windshields and auto glass in our shop or from a mobile operation unit
- Calibrate vehicle electronics such as ADAS systems, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert, etc.
- Repair chips and other glass damage
- Interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with a job well done
- Process payments from mobile customers
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness of work environment
- Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipment
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves malfunctions of a moderately complex nature
- Determines when products should be upgraded or replaced
- Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation

Perform vehicle detailing operations to established standardsVacuuming, cleaning, and shampooing interior with cleaning and extracting equipmentPower wash exterior of vehicleA valid driver's license and good driving record is requiredPaint correction and application of Ziebart approved paint protection productsFinal detailing the vehicles for customer deliveriesPerform rust protection services to established standardsDrill access holes in body metalsSpray various rust protection products inside panels & under body as requiredProduce work in a timely mannerMaintain safe and clean work environmentSkills / Qualifications / Physical Requirements :
1+ Year(s) of automotive glass installation experience recommendedMust have a valid driver’s licenseMust be able to maneuver around vehicles to position yourself safely during installationsMust be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turningCapable of working any day of the week including Sundays and work in hot / cold weather conditionsMust be able to lift up to fifty (50) poundsBasic computer skills : ability to use a keyboard and a mouse to correctly collect and enter information into a point of sale systemExceptional customer service skillsAttention to detailAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team membersComfortable working in fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to accomplish goalsMotivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teamsLI-DNI
