Responsibilities :
- Tackle complex problems to gain insights intocustomer behavior and promote productadoption.
- Use your skills in quantitativeanalysis data mining and machine learning to create models thatinfluence product strategy andpriorities.
- Build machine learning pipelinesthat enhance databaseddecisionmaking.
- Collaborate with senior leadersacross Product Marketing Engineering and Design teams to ensureimpactful datainformed decisions.
- Lead andmentor team members driving MLpowered features on our DigitalCustomer Platform.
MinimumQualifications :
- MS / PhDin a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics Statistics ComputerScience).
- 5 years of experience designing anddeploying ML solutions.
- Proficiency in LargeLanguage Models (e.g. RAG Generative AI ) and NLP .
- Strong skillsin SQL / NoSQL big data platforms (e.g. Hadoop Spark ) and programming( Python preferred).
- Experience with datascience tools ( Pandas Jupyter TensorFlow ) and machine learningtechniques.
- Cloud computing experience( AWS ) and familiarity with MLOps .
