We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Dental Office Administrator / Team Lead to manage our front office team and help us continue to grow and thrive.Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Office Administrator who is ready to take on the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy dental office. You will be at the heart of our practice, ensuring smooth administrative functions, managing staff, and providing outstanding customer service to our valued patients.Key Responsibilities : Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.Manage scheduling, patient flow, and appointment bookings, maximizing office capacity and minimizing patient wait times.Supervise, train and support front office staff to ensure the highest standards of customer service and patient care.Maintain accurate patient records, including billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.Handle patient inquiries and resolve any concerns, ensuring a positive and professional experience.Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff members when needed.Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.Collaborate with the dentists and clinical team to enhance overall office efficiency and patient satisfaction.Qualifications : Minimum of 2 years experience in a Dental Office or in a similar administrative role.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication skills with a focus on patient interaction and team collaboration.Ability to manage and lead a team, providing support and mentorship to ensure high performance.Proficient in billing, insurance claims, and financial management.A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to work.We use ClearDent practice management software.If you're a motivated, detail-oriented, and people-focused professional with a passion for providing exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you!
