At EcoFurnish , we are a consumer-centric company that takes pride in solving client issues and providing service at the highest standard . We are seeking a part-time, on-call Delivery & Pickup Specialist (approx. 20 hours / week) to transport mattresses and rental furniture between client locations. The ideal candidate must have a valid G driver’s license, be able to lift up to 100 lbs, and speak fluent English . All necessary tools, including mattress dollies and straps, will be provided.

Bonus : If you have a large light-duty truck (e.g., cargo van, pickup truck, or similar), we will pay $25 / hour and compensate for mileage.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Pickup & Delivery : Travel to client locations to pick up gently used mattresses and deliver them to designated locations as per company instructions.
• Furniture Transport : Handle the delivery and pickup of EcoFurnish rental furniture, ensuring items are safely loaded, secured, and unloaded.
• Heavy Lifting : Must be capable of lifting and maneuvering mattresses and furniture pieces weighing up to 100 lbs using provided equipment.
• Professional Client Interaction : Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with customers during pickups and drop-offs.
• Fluent English Communication : Must speak fluent English to communicate effectively with clients and follow instructions accurately.
• Safe Driving : Operate a company vehicle (or own vehicle if required) safely and in compliance with all road regulations.
• Equipment Handling : Utilize provided tools, such as mattress dollies, straps, and protective covers, to ensure safe and efficient transport.
• Documentation & Reporting : Keep track of completed deliveries and pickups, noting any damages, client concerns, or special requests.
• On-Call Availability : Be flexible and responsive to pickup and delivery requests.
