What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Planning & Special Projects – Drive Big-Picture Success

  • Support the operationalization of the company's strategic plan
  • Lead the implementation of special projects designed to drive 10x improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize internal workflows and remove inefficiencies.
  • Support leadership in decision-making by providing data-backed recommendations.
  • Take ownership of high-impact projects that push the business forward.
  • Process Optimization – Build Systems That Scale

  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and roadblocks, then implement 10x improvements.
  • Research and recommend tools and best practices to streamline workflows.
  • Standardize and refine processes across departments to maximize impact and minimize friction.
  • Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Insights

  • Monitor key business KPIs, trends, and metrics to track performance.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure leadership has the right data, at the right time, to make high-impact moves.
  • Who You Are

  • 1-3 years' experience in business operations, strategy, data analysis, or process improvement preferred.
