The mission we are proposing :

As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and perfecting the company's operational processes. Your main objective will be to analyze and solve production challenges, with a view to improving efficiency. You will be responsible for identifying losses, proposing innovative solutions, and managing projects aimed at optimizing operations.

An Overview Of Your New Position :

  • Lead project management efforts, coordinating with contractors.
  • Provide expertise to other departments on reliability engineering matters.
  • Perform mechanical diagnostics and propose solutions.
  • Develop and present feasibility studies for process improvements.
  • Supervise project teams to ensure timely completion and quality standards.

You are the ideal candidate if you have :

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • You are a member of the OIQ.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • High mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • You're results-oriented.
