Job description

JOIN OUR TEAM The Communications Manager is a leadership role responsible for managing the development and execution of various marketing and communications-related tasks for the organization.

The focus of this position is the development of new and innovative marketing and communications collateral.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordination of internal and external, resources in the development of Communications Materials.
  • Basic Graphic Design and Layout.
  • Copy development for communication materials.
  • Support Departmental Budget Management.
  • Coordinate project-based work.
  • Other duties as requested.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ Years of relevant educational or employment experience.
  • Post-secondary studies in relevant fields are considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with graphic design or digital media platforms and assets.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Customer.io, Mailchimp.
  • Experience with social media marketing, Google Analytics, and / or content marketing.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, is required.
  • Proficiency in English language skills is required; proficiency in French and / or other languages is considered an asset.
