Your new role

What they are looking for is a Marketing Specialist to join their property management marketing team. This role will focus on data analysis, reporting, digital advertising, and market research to optimize lead generation, track performance metrics, and improve marketing ROI.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have at least 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing analytics, strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM reporting. Expertise in data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Excel. Possess knowledge of SEO, UTM tracking, and digital attribution models, and have a strong analytical mindset to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Additionally, you will have experience in budget tracking and financial planning for marketing spend, excellent communication skills for presenting data findings to stakeholders, experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus.
