Purpose of the position

Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), the FP&A Manager will be responsible for supervising the FP&A team in achieving its objectives. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for coordinating our financial planning efforts through the development of budgets and quarterly forecasts as well as coordinating presentations to investors. Through his role, he will have to manage several interdepartmental projects related to the performance management of the RPA division. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

  • Supervise a team of financial analysts within the Financial Analysis and Planning department
  • Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities related to financial projections and provide actionable data
  • Lead monthly discussions with external and internal customers
  • Ensure the continued development and advice of FP analysts
  • Lead the budgeting process (annual, quarterly, monthly) and ongoing forecasting efforts
  • Supervise and plan external audits
  • Ensure monitoring of the division's treasury operations
  • Manage and assign the various requests from partners to analysts and guide them in their execution.
  • Identify and propose areas for process improvement based on the optimization opportunities identified
  • Any other related tasks.

The ideal person has :

  • Experience working with growing organizations with evolving needs and multiple complex transactions
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, Power BI an asset
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Meticulousness, rigor and organizational sense
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards excellence
  • Comfortable working with senior management and external clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Required qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or CFA title required
