Qualicare offers home care services that focus on providing the best quality of life for our clients and peace of mind for their families.The Services Coordinator performs the majority of functions related to client management such as scheduling, client and caregiver communication, and more. She / he organizes and schedules clients and anticipates staffing requirements to effectively manage client volumes. The activities are conducted in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures. There will be a requirement to be on call after regular business hours from time to time.ResponsibilitiesEffectively meets the needs of each client by scheduling the client with caregiving servicesEnsures compliance with standards of careMonitors referral trends and anticipates increases / decreasesResponds to client / employee inquiries immediatelyEnsures all relevant information is received either in written / verbal / electronic formatAssists with tracking and validating client-related documentationAssesses client satisfactionResponds promptly to incidents / complaints / compliments, documenting completely and relaying information to Care Coordinator immediatelyQualificationsExperience in the healthcare fieldKnowledgeable in all Windows applicationsExperience with scheduling software is an added benefitStrong customer service skillsHigh attention to detailStrong problem-solving skillsSelf-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervisionExcellent customer service skillsExperience with direct employee supervision
