- To clear all dishes delivermeals and to present bills in a professional and discreetmanner

- Immediately report any accidentsthat happen (regarding a guest a coworker or yourself) to yourmanager
- To express your concerns suggestions orcomments on how to improve the guests experience or ways to improvethe operation as a whole
- To understand how tooperate all the equipment used in the outlet
- Tounderstand all other outlets services and offices in the hotel(location hours of operation andofferings)
- Adhere to ALL Safe Standardsensuring all hygiene and prevention measures are beingmet
- Adhere to alcohol handling procedures andpolicies
- Adhere to all LQA standards set forthe department
- Will work weekendsholidays and shift work as scheduled

Qualifications :
- Previous workexperience in a restaurant / food and beveragesetting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ateam player attitude
- Smart Serve trainingprogram certification
- OTEC certificate anasset
- Previous experience of working in anunion environmentpreferred
