Title : Senior Business Analyst (MS Dynamics 365)
Location : Alberta, Canada ( Remote if preferred)
Duration : April 2025 - March 2026 + potential extensions from April 2026 - March 31 2027, and April 2027 - March 31 2028.
The Senior Business Analyst will work with our client and the Digital Solutions teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of key systems.
- Responsibilities include developing business architecture models, coordinating MS Dynamics 365 CRM and 1GX ERP integration, and leading data migration and system decommissioning efforts.
- This role demands significant experience in CRM and ERP integration, data migration, and public sector solutions, alongside strong leadership and communication skills.
Must Have
Successfully implemented 3 Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems with the customer engagement solutions; OR Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification; OR 2 Years of Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer engagement solutionsExperience managing a Release Management lifecycle, including scheduling, coordinating, and deploying releases across different application environments.Experience in ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices and enforcing DevOps policies in team-based environments.Experience developing and implementing test plans and test cases mapped to future-state requirements for large-scale IT transformations.Experience in developing reporting assets such as dynamic reports, dashboards, and pivot tables using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Nice to Have
Experience working for public sector clients, including government agencies, public organizations, boards, and commissions.Experience coordinating the decommissioning of business applications and systems, ensuring smooth transition and integration.Experience developing and implementing both business and technical transition plans for migrating business processes and information from one system to another.Experience in developing data migration / ETL processes for legacy data and other sources, ensuring proper integration and data integrity.Proven experience in providing tailored solutions to social housing organizations, particularly in managing housing systems and improving tenant services.Experience working with operation support ticketing tools, including administering, reporting, implementing, and training teams on their use.Expertise in creating and maintaining data models that support business and operational needs, ensuring data integrity and alignment with organizational goals.Experience writing technical application support documentation, including user manuals, system documentation, and operational guides.
