Alexandria Moulding is a leading moulding manufacturer and distributor of wood and wood composite mouldings in North America & the world and is currently comprised of five distinct facilities within Canada and the United States.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure product quality assurance;
- Replenish;
- Strapping; Rework;
- Operate various equipment;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Due to forklifts and other heavy equipment traveling through the Warehouse, temporary cracks may appear in the floor, causing uneven walking surfaces.Capable of physically demanding work and standing for extended periods.Bend, stoop, reach, twist, squat, push, pull, move, and lift to 50lbs.Warehouse environment can be dusty and noisy.Fluctuations of temperature are common, some outdoor exposure during the workday /Wet floors may occur during rainy or snowy weather or at other times depending on what has transpired in the environment (, cleaning of floors….).Sharp and / or rough edges will typically be encountered.Warehouse equipment and treated lumber may emit fumes.Some equipment may require electric voltage.This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phone and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION :
High School diploma or equivalentMinimum of one (1) year warehouse distribution experiencePrior lumber experience desiredMust have basic math and analytical skillsMust be computer literate, Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookSelf-started, pro-active and able to take initiativeBasic familiarity with construction tools and equipmentAbility to multi-task and prioritize work duties as requiredUnderstanding and willingness to maintain HSE standardsJob Type : Full-time
Shift : Afternoons 3 : 30 pm - 12 : 00 am
Schedule : Sunday to Thursday
