Job Title : Production Worker

Job Description

Candidates will be working in a production environment both indoors and outdoors in the yard. The main responsibilities include cutting lumber, using table saws, router, chop saw, and hand and power tools. Heavy lifting and reading a tape measure is required for this position.

The shift is from 7 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.

Work Environment

The work environment is a dusty, noisy, and busy facility. Employees will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions, with minimal time spent indoors. The facility is not transit accessible. While outdoor forklift experience is not required, it is a nice-to-have skill. The forklifts are heated, but employees will only spend 30-40% of their shift in them, being exposed to extreme cold during winter. The company values a great culture, with an emphasis on coachability and teamwork. The SE shop team includes only two employees and the supervisor, with a blunt and old-school approach. Employees should dress for outdoor work and wear 6-inch tie-up steel-toe boots. Safety vests will be provided if employees do not have one.
