Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, direction, and coordination of engineering and scheduling activities for assigned projects. This role ensures that project goals and objectives are achieved within the established timelines and budget constraints, either personally or through the management of subordinate supervisors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage professional Staff responsible for design and project construction;
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget;
• Monitor project performance, progress, and costs, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
• Review project estimate or plan to determine schedule, estimated job cost, procedures for accomplishing project, Staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project;
• Oversee coordination with project Staff to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority;
• Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to get commitments regarding PM's managerial and supervisory requests;
• Coordinate resource use with project Superintendent (e.g. Craft assignment, crew sizes and project layout for offices, traffic flow and material storage);
• Perform additional job duties as assigned.
