Super Equipment Inc is a 15-year-old heavy lifting equipment specialist based out of Vaudreuil-Dorion QC. The company offers Sales, Rental, Parts, Service and Road service for all your lifting needs. We have grown to over 15 employees in the past 5 years and expect to grow much more in the next years to come with additional facilities outside of Quebec JOB DESCRIPTION Schedule Customer service jobs Confirm all technician reports are properly written Maintain the service schedule along side the manager Help manage customer calls Open service work orders and manage throughout the service process until closing of the workorder Manage all transportation requirements for customers equipment Customer follow-ups Make sure all technicians have tools required for the work Make purchases in the system of all service invoices Preparation off all reception and expedition documents Manage shop supplies Work in full coordination with service manager SKILLS REQUIRE Computer knowledge, Word, Excel, Google Bilingual French / English written and spoken Good organization skills Self-motivated EMPLOYMENT DETAILS Full time 40 hours a week at the office Salary according to experience 21.00$ to 28.00$ per hour Benefits after 3 months
