Resolute Health : Chief Growth Officer

As the Chief Growth Officer at Resolute Health, you will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, innovative strategic plans through technology and systems solutions, and ensuring the successful completion of revenue generation and market expansion goals . You will also be expected to support and coordinate collaboration across relevant departments when executing different technology, marketing, and general clinic operations development activities.

Chief Growth Officer Responsibilities :

Strategic growth planning : Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with the business vision. Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities with business development initiatives particularly focused on Ecommerce, website development and technology opportunities.

Patient Experience Focus : Enhance the patient experience and overall health outcomes by listening to patient feedback and market trends to inform decision making and drive loyalty. Foster innovation to meet evolving patient needs.

Market Expansion : Identify and penetrate new geographical or demographic markets with marketing and business development strategies in new lines of business. Build strategic partnerships or alliances to extend market reach. Leverage digital platforms to grow online presence and accessibility.

Innovation and Product Development : Oversee the development and launch of new products or services. Collaborate with teams to ensure offerings meet market demands and deliver value. Encourage a culture of innovation across departments.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Execute a technology strategy focused on the organization of digital assets and strong analytics to measure the performance and effectiveness of growth initiatives. Monitor KPIs related to new patients, retention, and market share. Implement insights from data to adjust strategies in real time.

Collaboration Across Functions : Work closely with the executive and leadership teams to align goals, budgets and resources to support company growth initiatives. Collaborate with strategic discussion and cooperation across between marketing, ecommerce, business development and IT teams to create synergy.

Chief Growth Officer Requirements :

• University degree in relevant business or related fields
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role related to company strategy and growth
• Proven history of identifying growth-enabling initiatives and opportunities, preferably in the private healthcare or sleep health industry
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to operate in a high-speed, dynamic environment
• Excellent strategic, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
