In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our risk management framework, identifying and mitigating operational, financial, and regulatory risks. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, optimizing risk controls, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.Your primary responsibilities will include : Support the development and improvement of the company’s risk management framework, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements and business goals.Conduct risk assessments on fund administration processes, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.Monitor operational, financial, and regulatory risks to ensure effective controls are in place.Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key trends and findings.Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit, and other business units to ensure risk-related policies and procedures are effectively implemented.Assess and analyze third-party risks, including service providers and outsourcing arrangements.Investigate risk incidents, assist in root cause analysis, and support the implementation of corrective actions.Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry developments that may impact fund administration risk management.Assist in developing and delivering risk awareness training for employees.A Little About YouYou have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or a related field.You have at least three (3) years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or a similar role within fund administration or financial services.You have a strong understanding of fund structures, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles.You have experience with AML / KYC requirements, operational risk frameworks, and fund governance.You have experience with risk assessment methodologies and reporting frameworks.You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.You can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
