Due to major growth we are expanding our Growth team in Toronto and are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Key Account Management Team to join the team.

As a Senior Manager, Key Account Management Team, you’ll develop and execute a strategy to ensure ROI on reinvestment and retention activities is maximised whilst promoting safe and sustainable play from our High value customers.

Key responsibilities will include :

  • Develop a set of KPIs in conjunction with Growth Insights to monitor and report monthly on performance of account management functions, alerting in instances of suboptimal performance (eg : reduced retention in one functional area, margin decline amongst a cohort of customers)
  • Identify potential high-value customer acquisition opportunities within Chumba Casino customer base.
  • In line with guidance from VGW’s legal & compliance functions, explore and test external high value customer acquisition.
  • Drive creation of appropriate dashboards and monitoring tools to prioritise and optimise actions. Consider this an ongoing effort and constantly look to make improvements.
  • Develop and implement a performance management framework to ensure the team is performing as expected and accountable.

What you will bring to the role :

  • At least 5 years of direct people management & leadership experience, ideally managing a large scale, dispersed team.
  • Demonstrated experience managing other people managers.
  • Several years experience within a VIP Hosting or account management team, or in a consumer-facing organisation that demands the very best customer experience for the most demanding clients.
  • Experience in online and offline events and hospitality is highly regarded.
