What you’ll do
- Improve store operations by providing training on Fast Find 4
- Collaborate with ABSM and SSM on growth opportunities.
- Improve adoption of key tools and processes such as ESL, Scan and Buy, Fast Find 1-2-3, Intelligent zone picking, Deal Planning tool and more.
- Enhance store standards by leveraging the Operational Readiness Report ( ORR ) to provide feedback in order to promote continuous improvements.
- Develop an intimate understanding of the constant changing national / regional and local competitive marketplace.
- Participate and present relevant material to GM meetings.
What you bring
University or College degree an assetMinimum 5 years of progressive Canadian Tire retail experiencePossess strong understanding of Canadian Tire store operations including logistics, retail merchandising, automotive service and horticultureExcellent interpersonal skills with a passion for retail and a desire to work with a variety of entrepreneurial Dealers and store staff all driving with a common goal to serve the customerAbility to coach and train individuals and groupsStrong communication skills, written, verbal and an active listener.Strong facilitation and presentation skillsStrong attention to detail and a readiness to continually look for ways to improve productivityHybrid
