Job Title : ServiceNow Architect / Senior SME

Position Type : Full-time / Remote

Location : Ontario, Canada

Roles and Responsibilities :

• ServiceNow certification or equivalent experience. Technical level experience in ServiceNow
• Require a techno functional candidate, Experience in the Industries Deep knowledge of the ITSM,SPM platform, tools, and capabilities.
• Proven experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, with a focus on SPM
• Ability to work on cloning / upgrades activities
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams
• Ability to work with global teams to achieve significant initiatives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• At least 2 years' experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
