Finance Manager

Our client, a growing financial firm specializing in litigation funding, real estate investments, and asset-based lending, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and optimize capital efficiency. This role requires expertise in borrowing base analysis, financial modeling, and credit risk assessment to ensure compliance, liquidity management, and strategic financial planning.Key Responsibilities : Oversee borrowing base calculations and ensure accurate lender reporting.Monitor liquidity needs and optimize credit facility utilization.Maintain compliance with borrowing base covenants and lender relationships.Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.Prepare cash flow projections, variance analysis, and financial reports.Collaborate with external auditors, tax professionals, and legal teams.Conduct credit risk assessments for asset-backed lending and litigation finance.Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate risk-adjusted returns.Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, and capital allocation strategies.Qualifications : 5+ years of finance experience in litigation funding, real estate finance, or asset-based lending.Strong expertise in borrowing base management and credit facility reporting.Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, macros, financial modeling).Experience in credit risk analysis, structured finance, and compliance.CPA, CFA, or MBA is an asset.What’s in It for You?Competitive salary & performance-based incentivesComprehensive health & dental benefitsProfessional development & career growth opportunitiesA dynamic work environment in a high-growth financial sector Interested in joining?
