We're seeking a dynamic Line Cook to join our client's team in Winnipeg. As a Line Cook, you'll play an important role in providing great service, creating a memorable dining experience. What We Offer :
- Salary : $19.25 per hour
- Job Type / Shift : Full-time temporary assignment covering extended vacations

What You'll Do :
- Plan, prepare, cook, and plate menu items to ensure highest quality service and experience for the customer.
- Help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently.
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation and follow food storage procedures in accordance with set standards.
- Work alongside kitchen staff and communicate tasks at hand.
What We're Looking For :
- You have a passion for customer service and a desire to interact with guests.
- Experience in using different cooking tools, equipment, and utensils.
- Expert knowledge of various cooking methods and procedures and prep techniques.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication and people skills.
- You have excellent time management skills and can work in fast paced environment to handle breakfast and lunch rushes.
- You have the stamina to be on your feet for extended periods of time as well as bending and moving around.
- Basic math skills to follow recipe instructions and measurements of ingredients.
- A valid Food Safe Certificate is considered an asset.
